1.山形県において8年間にわたって収集されたデ-タの分析をした。1年生で発見された構音障害児の指導と追跡を行い、従来の構音障害だけでなく最近問題になっている側音化構音をも含めたPrevalenceを得た。さらに従来の構音障害と側音化構音の自然改善率を比較したところ前者の方が格段に高いことが示唆された。今年度は特に側音化構音をもつ子どもたちの比較を行い、構音改善の条件の検討を行った。子ども自身の意欲や家庭環境の影響が強いことが示唆された。2.言語発達の遅れのある子どものうち、精神遅滞児の発語(命名)の時期の予測方法を確立する目的でDQの変動傾向、それに影響をおよぼす要因の分析をし、さらに予測の一致度の検討をした。被験者は、東京都心身障害者福祉センタ-において、MMC検査を2ー4回実施した1歳台から5歳台の65名(男49名、女16名)である。DQの変動に最も関与する要因は指さし行動の有無であった。指さしのある群ではDQとの相関は高く、また発語の時期の予測においても、指さし、発語ともある群では予測の一致度は高く、さらに予測時点での、CA.MAおよび発語の数の条件を加えることで精度の高い予測が可能であることが示唆された。その反面、指さし、発語ともに無い群での予測の一致は皆無であり、この群の予測方法に大きな課題が残った。3.収集中のデ-タ(1)コミュニケ-ション発達の標準化のため、保育園におけるチェックリストによる行動観察.(2)各分担者の事例研究。その中には、身体的、医学的予測因子の検討が含まれている。
