大規模な法律知識ベースを構築した場合,情報源の分散性と構築作業の並列性を鑑みれば,その実用段階において知識ベースの一元管理は極めて困難であると考えられる.本研究では,計算機ネットワーク・分散処理技術に基づいて,分散型法律知識ベースを構築する際に生じる3問題を考察した.第1に,分散法律知識ベースの更新アルゴリズムと無矛盾性制御に関する問題を,2つの手法によって検討した.この問題を,データの依存関係に基づいたプログラムスライシングとしてモデル化し,この場合,知識ベース構築者が意図する知識ベースの動作と,実際の動作との差違とを基にして,矛盾が生じるデータを特定するための非形式的アルゴリズムを提案した.また,同時実行制御に関して,従来我々が検討してきた不変時刻印方式のキャンセル処理において,集中制御方式の提案と評価を行なった.この方法では,高速な管理ノードが要求されるものの,ト-クン巡回のための遅延がないという利点がある.第2に,分散環境やマルチプロセッサシステムにおけるタスクスケジューリングに関して,CP/RCO法を改良したCP/RCO/PA法を提案した.CP/RCO/PA法は,ノードの選択による通信時間の最少化のみならず,待ちの挿入による通信時間の削減も行える方式である.また,その評価を行ない有効性を示した.第3に,計算機リソースの配置と回線設計に係る問題を負荷分散としてモデル化した.今年度は,従来我々が検討していた双方向ピギ-バックを用いる負荷分散戦略について,その欠点を補うための補間法2種類について検討し,その有効性を示した.
