项目摘要

生産システムが古典機械会的なものから生物指向型へと変化するとき、経済および経済学はどのようになる(べき)か。経済主体と人工物の共進化の観点から新たな経済技術環境の構築のための政策提言を目指すのが本研究の目的である。今年度の研究は、(a)リサイクルについての研究と(b)経済主体と人工物の共進化についての研究に分けられる。(a)小田はリサイクルが経済と環境に与える効果についての理論的研究をまとめ理論計量経済学会西部部会(1995年6月3日、福岡大学)で発表した。馬場はリサイクル技術の実際と展望について人工物工学シンポジウム(1995年10月12-13日、東京大学)などで報告した。(b)小田は自分の意志決定が同調者の多寡に依存する市場についてと変化する環境下での技術進歩についての2つの理論シミュレーションを開始し、前者をA02班班会議(1995年11月8-9日、ラフォーレ修繕寺)で重点領域に関わる工学研究者に報告後、それを発展させて国際セミナーCommerce, Complexity and Evolution (University of New South Weals, Sydney, 1996年2月11-12日)で国外の経済学者に報告討論した。馬場は技術進歩の方向決定における問題点についてフォーラム2045の基調報告(1995年10月9日、日本経済新聞)などにおいて発表した。研究の最終目標は経済主体と人工物との共進化の一般的理解を得ることであるから、来年度は上述の理論実証研究を発展統合させ、人工物の望ましいリサイクルを実現させるための経済技術的条件を明らかにすることを目指すつもりである。

(a)Oda's research on the theory of environment and effect (June 3, 1995, Fukuoka University) A Report on the Future of Artificial Engineering in Racecourse (Tokyo University, October 12-13, 1995) (b)Oda's decision to split his mind depends on the number of co-ordinators in the market, and the technological progress in the changing environment. He starts the A02 class meeting with the former.(Nov. 8-9, 1995, Renovation Temple) Key Areas: Engineering Researchers Report, International Development, Commerce, Complexity and Evolution (University of New South Weals, Sydney, February 11-12, 1996) A keynote report on the direction of technical progress in Racecourse 2045 (October 9, 1995, Japan News) The ultimate goal of this research is to gain a general understanding of the co-evolution of the human body and artifacts, and to develop and integrate the theoretical and experimental studies mentioned above in the coming years.
