项目摘要

本研究では、日本の製造業の強さを支えている中小製造業で構成されている工業集積が直面している産業構造上の危機を、地域の工業集積がその分業構造とネットワーク利用の高度化の中でどのように対応し、どのような新たな産業創成のビジョンを形成しつつあるかについて、経営学、社会工学、社会学、経済学などの複合的な視点から学際的に、工業集積の持つ特徴と優位性についての理論的分析と新しい時代に対応したビジネスモデルの提案・検証という2つの側面から研究を進めた。第1の側面からは、(1)製造業における研究・開発体制に関する実証分析、(2)中小製造業間のネットワーク関係についての実証分析、第2の側面からは、第1の側面で課題として抽出された課題や問題への具体的な対応を図っている企業群についての調査から、新しい製造業のビジネスモデルについての検討を行った。具体的には、(1)京様式企業モデル、(2)試作品ビジネスモデル、(3)自律分散型生産システムの3つのビジネスモデルについて検討を行った。そして、これらの新しいビジネスモデルの位置づけを、(4)ものづくりの問題点を明らかにするため、諏訪地域におけるコラボレーションを行っている企業やグループと連携し、小型PCを対象として情報通信技術を利用することで製品開発の企画・設計段階から消費者が参加する「オンラインものづくり実験」を行った。企画開始からマーケット調査までのビジネスサイクルの構築全般を実施した。その結果、いくつかの課題は有するが、製品開発手法として消費者参加型でかつ自律分散型の企業体である工業集積でのビジネスモデルが、今後の日本の製造業のビジネスモデルとして有効であることを明らかにした。

This study is aimed at strengthening the manufacturing industry in Japan, supporting the formation of small and medium-sized manufacturing industries, and facing the crisis in industrial structure, regional industrial clusters, and industrial structure. A theoretical analysis of the characteristics and advantages of industrial integration from the perspective of economic integration, a proposal for the development of industrial integration, a verification, and a research on the bottom of industrial integration. The first part of this paper is about the investigation and analysis of manufacturing research and development system, the second part of this paper is about the investigation and analysis of the relationship between small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, the second part of this paper is about the investigation and analysis of the problem, the first part of this paper is about the investigation and analysis of the specific enterprise group, and the new part of manufacturing industry is about the investigation and analysis of the relationship between small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. The specific requirements are as follows: (1) Beijing type enterprise management,(2) trial production management,(3) self-discipline decentralized production management, and (3) self-discipline decentralized production management. For example, in the case of a new product, the position of the product is different from that of the customer. The project starts with the investigation of the project and the construction of the whole project. As a result, there are problems in product development, consumer participation, self-regulation and decentralization, industrial integration, and future manufacturing in Japan.
