Comprehensive Study on International Business Transactions and International Civil Litigation

为了促进与日本的跨境业务往来，本研究对日本国际民事诉讼中出现的国际司法管辖权、平行诉讼、国际司法协助、外国判决的承认和执行等法律问题进行了全面考察。关于这些专题的立法、法院案例和学术观点被翻译成英文，并在本研究的网站上以英文提供了有组织和系统化的信息。此外，本研究还对外国判决的管辖权、承认和执行提出了立法建议。

For the purpose of making brisk the doing cross-border business with/in Japan, this Study comprehensively examined legal issues arising in international civil litigation in Japan : international judicial jurisdiction, parallel litigation, international judicial assistance, and recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments. The legislation, court cases and academic views on these topics are translated into English and the organized and systematized information has been provided in English on the website of this Study. Furthermore, this Study made a legislative proposal on jurisdiction and recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments.
