Analysis of human tumor antigens and immune responses in patients

对于癌症疫苗，必须鉴定对癌症具有高度特异性和对癌症患者具有强烈免疫原性的癌症抗原。我们发现CCDC62、HERV-K和XAGE-1b是可以作为疫苗使用的肿瘤抗原。我们还进行了一项使用胆固醇疏水普鲁兰（CHP）和NY-ESO-1蛋白复合物的癌症疫苗的临床试验。患者接种疫苗后可引起免疫应答，部分患者临床病程良好。

For cancer vaccine, identification of cancer antigens which are highly specific to cancer and strongly immunogenic in cancer patients is necessary. We found that CCDC62, HERV-K and XAGE-1b are cancer antigens which can be used as vaccine. We also conducted a clinical trial of cancer vaccine using a complex of cholesterol hydrophobized pullulan (CHP) and NY-ESO-1 protein. Immune response was elicited after vaccination in patients and some patients showed favorable clinical course.
