项目摘要

当グループの研究目標は東南アジアの近代化を華人社会のかかわり具合を把握することである。故に、作業は主に生活文化、言語文学等の側面から華人の思想意識に触れることを主眼にしている。そのために、作業は華人社会自体の解明と華人社会の外部にある諸社会との関係の研究の両面に互る。この認識の下に、本グループは63年度において次の活動を実施した。(1)5月6〜8日、湯河原私学協済敷島館で、第一回合宿研究会。(2)11月15〜20日、下呂KKRしらさぎにて第二回合宿研究会。(3)3月9〜12日蒲群にKKR保養所にて第三回合宿研究会。これで合宿研究は延べ13日の互る。その他9月16〜18日の全体大会期間を利用して、当グループの研究会を行った。この他に5月28日、11月11日、全体大会中に一回行なわれた合計三回の総括班会議には代表者と山本分担者が出席し、万全を期した。合宿研究会においては、研究主題の選択のしかたについての吟味を繰り返し、研究方法の深化、研究技法についての批判、研究成果についての再検討等が話題となり、共同研究の長所が発揮されるように努力した。研究会で取り上げられた話題には、現地華人が社会の近代化の中でどんな役割を果しているのか、華人と儒家思想・儒家習俗の関係、大陸と華人の関係の変化、少数派と多数派の間に存在する普遍的原理と現地華人社会の問題の特殊性の関係の研究、華人の現地適応の問題、新馬両地の華人社会の比較、既住の華人社会研究成果の再確認と検討、華人個人史の研究と集大成と言う未踏分野の研究手法の開発方法の検討等がある。またこれまでの研究の盲点として、華人の故郷本土の系統的研究、特定地域の華人社会を通じての彼らの社会の形成原理の研究、本土に帰国した作家の果す役割、野党活動に従事する華人の具体的研究、アメリカ合衆国の人種民族問題との比較研究、華人の非中国化への変化過程の原理的研究が指適され、本グループの活動を刺激している。

The purpose of this study is to grasp the modernization of Chinese society in Southeast China. The topics of the seminar are: the modernization of Chinese society in the region, the relationship between Chinese and Confucianism, the transformation of the relationship between mainland China and Chinese, the existence of minorities and majorities, the study of the relationship between the universality of Chinese society and the particularity of Chinese society in the region, the problem of Chinese local adaptation, the comparison of Chinese society in Singapore and Malaysia, The reconfirmation of the achievements in the study of Chinese society, the synthesis of the study of Chinese personal history, the discussion of the research methods and the development of the undivided fields, etc. The blind spot of this research, the systematic research of Chinese history, the research of the formation principle of Chinese society in a specific region, the specific research of Chinese in the process of native writers 'service, the activities of foreign parties, the comparative research of ethnic and national problems in the United States, the research of the principle of Chinese non-China transformation process The activity of this group is exciting.
