项目摘要

本研究の目的は、自然災害を経験した被災市町村保健師の専門職者として成長の構造の妥当性を検証し、精緻化することにより、被災市町村保健師の専門職者としての成長を促進するための評価指標の項目原案を作成することである。本研究期間の目標は、第1に「自然災害を経験した被災市町村保健師の専門職者としての成長の構造の妥当性の検証」、第2に「被災市町村保健師の専門職者としての成長促進方法及び評価指標の検討」、第3に「被災市町村保健師の成長促進のための評価指標の項目原案の作成」である。なお、専門職者としての成長は「保健師が、被災後の保健活動を通した経験を新たな物語として自分のものに構成していく意味づけの過程を経て、その経験に肯定的な側面を見出したり、新たな考え方ができるようになること及びそのプロセス全体」と定義した。本年度は、上記目標のうち第1目標の継続および第2目標に取り組んだ。昨年度実施した調査で得られたデータをもとに、災害規模や災害種別に応じた特徴や共通性について引き続き分析を行った。「保健師の自分自身に対する捉え方」、「他者との関係に対する考え方」、「保健師の職業に対する信念や価値観」の側面の一部に共通性が見られた。また、その結果を21st Easr Asian Forum of Nursing Scholars & 11th Internstionsl Nursing Conference にて発表した。国内外の先行研究の包括的レビューを行い、被災市町村保健師の専門職者としての成長促進方法及び評価指標を検討した。
