项目摘要

本研究は看護基礎教育に「反転授業（flip teaching）」を取り入れた授業デザインを開発し、そのプログラムの有効性、実用性を検証することを目的としている。教育プログラムの教育効果と実用性の測定方法を検討し、アンケートを作成した。従来の授業を4年次学生を対象に専門科目「クリティカル・ケア論」(選択科目)で実施し、知識の習得状況や学習意欲に関してのアンケート調査を実施した。次に反転授業実施のため、事前学習課題を作成し、e-learningにした。作成した事前学習課題について視聴時間や分かりやすさ等を調査し、評価、再検討を行った。事前学習課題の完成後、反転授業を「クリティカル・ケア論」で実施した。対象者に事前学習課題のe-leaningを受講させ、授業時間内には事前学習課題の振り返り、事例の提示やグループワークを実施した。ペーパーペイシェントの事例を事後学習課題とし、授業時間内に行わせ、その場でフィードバックした。知識の習得状況や学習意欲に関してのアンケートは従来の授業の際に作成したものを使用した。従来の授業と反転授業の知識の習得状況や学習効果等を比較すると、学んだことを実際にできるかや応用力を身につけるという点では反転授業の方が教育効果が高いこと、従来の授業と反転授業という授業形態が学生の学習意欲に影響を及ぼすことが考えられた。対象者数が少なかったため、継続して調査を行い、分析を進めているところである。
