本研究課題は，妊産婦の身体感覚や身体認識と，母子間アタッチメントとの関連を実証的に検討する。3年間の研究期間内に，妊娠期～産後12ヶ月までの母親と乳児，妊娠・出産経験のない女性を対象として三つの研究を実施する。研究1では，妊娠期の女性の身体感覚と，胎児に対するアタッチメント感情との関連について質問紙調査によって検討する（横断研究）。研究2では，母親の身体感覚が，妊娠期から産後にかけて母親の身体的・生理的変化によってどのように変遷するのかを実験的に検討する（縦断研究）。研究3では，妊娠期～産後の母親の身体感覚の変遷が，産後１年間の母子間アタッチメントとどのように関連するのかを検討する（縦断研究）。2022年度は，新型コロナウィルス感染症（covid-19）に対する対策を講じながら，研究2および研究3の実施を進めた。研究2の実証実験では，一人の対象者に対し，次の三つの身体感覚に関する課題を実施し，身体感覚を包括的に評価した。心拍カウント課題では，内受容感覚（i.e., 心臓，胃腸など身体内部システムに対する感受性）の正確性を測定した。ラバーハンド錯覚課題では，身体所有感（i.e., 腕や足などの身体部位が自分のものであるという感覚）の移ろいやすさを測定した。そして，身体周辺空間課題では，身体を取り囲む空間のうち，自分の手が届くと認識される空間の範囲を測定した。研究3では，質問紙調査によって，妊産婦の子どもに対するアタッチメントの強さ，メンタルヘルスや身体的愁訴の有無を包括的に評価した。2022年度は，主に妊産婦を対象に上記の実験・調査を実施し，データ解析を進めた。

This study aims to explore the relationship between maternal and child physical perception and physical cognition. During the 3-year study period, the study was carried out on pregnant women and mothers during pregnancy and 12 months after delivery. Study 1 investigated the relationship between maternal and fetal feelings and physical sensations during pregnancy (cross-sectional study). In Study 2, the maternal body sensation was investigated during pregnancy, postpartum, and postnatal changes in the maternal body physiology. Study 3 examined the relationship between maternal and fetal body sensations during pregnancy and postpartum (a diagnostic study).
