项目摘要

本研究は、戦間期ポーランド（1918-1939 年）で実施された民族的少数者に対する言語政策を研究するものである。戦間期ポーランドに関する事象は歴史学などで頻繁に取り上げられるテーマであるが、言語政策論の分野ではいまだ先行研究に乏しく、法律文書にもとづく実証的研究が求められる。今年度は本研究の基礎資料である書籍や法令文書の翻訳が進捗し、その一部を外部に公開することができた（下記 [1] から [3]）。また、本研究と間接的に関係する業績として、現代ポーランドの少数者問題をテーマとする以下の論文を刊行した（下記 [4]）。[1] 日本言語政策学会第 24 回大会口頭発表（2022 年 6 月 18 日、京都大学、題目：［資料紹介］T・オルシャィンスキ『クレスィの辺境　スタニスワヴフ未だ滅びず』2016 年）[2] 北海道大学スラブ・ユーラシア研究センター公開セミナー（2022 年 9 月 1 日、北海道大学、題目：戦間期ポーランドの言語政策に関する基盤研究　いわゆる「クレスィ諸法」を中心として）[3]『上智ヨーロッパ研究』14 号特集論文（2023 年 3 月 5 日、上智大学、題目：戦間期ポーランドの「クレスィ諸法」について　第一次世界大戦後の国際秩序の枠組における少数者保護）[4] 『スラヴ学論集』 22 号論文（2022 年 5 月 31 日、日本スラヴ学研究会、題目：The Silesian Problem in Poland through the Prism of the Monitoring Cycles of the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities: Comprehensive Analysis from the First Cycle to the Fourth.）

In this study, during the first half of the year (1918-1939), there was a study on the policy of ethnic minorities. In recent years, there has been a study of the history of history, the study of policy, the division of policy, the lack of advance research and the study of legal literature. In this year's study, the basic data acquisition documents of this year have been reviewed, and an external information system has been published in the following section [1] [3].
