项目摘要

【口頭発表・報告】関西学院大学で開催された日本言語政策学会第 21 回大会（2019 年 6 月）にて口頭発表を行った（タイトル：日本の社会言語学研究における「多言語主義」の受容）。この発表では、日本の社会言語学系の学術雑誌における「多言語主義」概念の扱われ方に着目し、その関心がヨーロッパの多言語主義に集中する傾向があることを指摘した。また、トロント大学オンタリオ教育大学院で開催された学会 Language Policy and Planning Conference 2019（2019 年 8 月）にて口頭発表を行った（タイトル：Multilingualism in the World and Sociolinguistic Study in Japan）。この発表では前発表を発展させ、多言語主義政策を実行するヨーロッパ以外の政治体（カナダやオーストラリアなど）も視野に入れた。その結果、カナダやオーストラリアの多言語主義政策の研究は法学研究で蓄積されているが、日本の社会言語学界全体にその成果が十分に反映されていない点を指摘した。また、博士論文にもとづく特別報告を日本スラヴ学研究会総会（2019 年 6 月）にて行った。【論文】学術論文としては、2019 年 8 月にポーランドのウッチ大学で行った口頭発表に基づく論文が受理され、主催団体 POLYSLAV の学会誌に掲載された（タイトル：The Intentional Distinction Between a Regional Language and a Minority Language in Poland’s Minority Act.）。本論文では、ポーランドが 2005 年に制定した通称「マイノリティ法」において定義される「地域言語」を、「マイノリティ言語」概念から敢えて分離させた措置を分析した。

[Oral Presentation] Kansai Gakuin University held the 21st Conference of the Japanese Speech Policy Society (June 2019), which was held in Kansai Gakuin. This is a criticism of the tendency of the Japanese Department of Sociology and Linguistics to focus on the concept of multilingualism. The University of Education opened the Language Policy and Planning Conference 2019 (August 2019), which was held in Beijing. This is the first time in history that a multi-lingual policy has been implemented. The results of this research are reflected in the accumulation of legal research and the achievements of the Japanese sociolinguistic community as a whole. Special Report on Doctoral Dissertation held by Japan Academic Research Association (June 2019) [Paper] Academic paper published in August 2019: The Intentional Distinction Between a Regional Language and a Minority Language in Poland's Minority Act. In this paper, the concept of "regional speech" and "regional speech" was formulated in 2005.
