情報技術の導入過程で生ずる意思決定状況に対する組織コ-ディフィケ-ション現象の解明を試みた。1.情報技術の実施理論に関する先行研究の検討を行った。その結果、情報技術の実施問題は、(1)組織変革や経営革新の特殊ケ-スと考えられること、(2)情報システムの実施に関与する関与者間の共同意思決定であること、(3)経営システムのもつ情動性に対する配慮が必要であることなどの特徴をもつことが分かった。2.企業における情報システムやエキスパ-ト・システムの実施過程に関する実態調査を行い、結果の解析を行った。その結果、実施過程における組織のコ-ディフィケ-ション現象は、組織学習モデルによって解明できることが分かった。また、変革活動の基盤となっている日常的な意思決定状況に関する組織のコ-ディフィケ-ション現象を解明する必要性が分かった。3.日常的な意思決定状況に関する組織のコ-ディフィケ-ション現象を解明するため、組織の自己生成的連鎖モデルを構築した。その結果、組織における典型的な意思決定状況である管理者・部下間の相互作用は、多重で自己生成的なル-プによって記述できることが分かった。4.変革的状況や日常的状況下での組織におけるコ-ディフィケ-ション現象の検討を行った結果、組織は、知的分散処理系として、ブ-リアン・ハイパ-キュ-ブのような組織化を検討する必要があることが分かった。これらの結果は、組織における情報技術の円滑な導入を支援するエキスパ-ト・システム開発のための基礎的な知見として、活用できる。目下のところ、実施支援システム構築の方途を探っている。
