本研究は,医療社会情報学の枠組みに基づき,その枠組みの社会情報学的考察の展開を図るとともに,災害現場での被災者の脳外傷救急医療情報システムにつき,(1)後方支援の病院の医師や看護師間との情報共有ができること,(2)病院での神経外科手術における意思決定支援ができるよう髄膜の損傷状況についての情報を伝達するためあ適切なユーザ・インターフェイスを開発すること,(3)緊急対応を要する状況で用いられることからデータ入力の所要時間や通信時間を軽減することなどの要件を充足する情報システムの開発を目的としている.このため,a)被災した脳外傷の患者に対処するための脳外傷マネジメントに関する意思決定のアルゴリズムを検討し,b)情報通信技術が貢献することのできる部分を特定し,c)それぞれの部分について。看護師や医師などの利用者の専門知識に適合するユーザ・インターフェイスを構築するという課題に取り組んだ.本研究課題につき,a),b),c)に掲げた課題を完了することができた.その研究成果は,プロトタイプをタブレットPC Lenovo X201およびLenovo T500上に実装したこと,および可用性の実験を完了したことである.なお,このプロトタイプの可用性については,神経外科医,一般外科医,看護師を被験者とした試行実験を行い,確認した.これらの研究成果については,雑誌論文や国内外の学会での研究発表により公表した.また,図書によっても公表した.さらに,このユーザ・インターフェイスについて,インドネシアにおける産業財産権の出願を行った.今後の課題は,より実態的な状況を設定したフィールドでの試行を行い,本ユーザ・インターフェイスの改善を図ることや,医療社会情報学の枠組みに関する考察をさらに展開することなどである.

This study aims to investigate the basic principles of medical social informatics, the development of medical social informatics in disaster areas, and the emergency medical information of disaster victims.(1) Information sharing among doctors and nurses in rear support hospitals.(2) Rational decision-making support in neurosurgery in hospitals.(3) Adequate information in critical situations. A) Discussion of rational decision-making in relation to trauma patients, b) Information and communication technology (ICT) contribution to the development of trauma,c) Information and communication technology (ICT) contribution to the development of trauma. Nurses, physicians, and users of their knowledge are suitable for the construction of the project. This research topic is completed in a),b),c). The results of this research are complete with the PC Lenovo X201 and Lenovo T500. Availability, Neurosurgeon, General Surgeon, Nurse, Patient, Trial, Confirm. The results of this research are presented in the paper and in the research table of the domestic and foreign societies. It's not like you're going to be able to do that. In the meantime, the company's products and services are expected to be sold in the future. The future task is to set up the status quo of the actual situation and try to improve the status quo of the medical and social informatics.
