実施理論関連文献にもとづく仮説データ・ベースを作成した。また、調査対象に予定している企業に関するデータ・ベースを作成した。これらのデータ・ベースは、オペレーションズ・リサーチ,経営科学,情報システムを円滑に組識に導入し、組織革新を推進するための方策を、組織学習モデルにもとづき追究するための行動科学的な実証研究に用いる予定である。1.実施過程に関する仮説を整理するため、組織学習論にもとづくフレームワークの検討を行い、役割規定の視点でまとめを行った。2.仮説データベース・ファイルの設計では、まず仮説群を3つに分割した。これらは、実施理論に関する仮定部分,変数間の関係部分,方策部分である。そして各部分について、以下のような項目を設け、将来の検索に備えることとした。文献コード,論者,論文,書籍,仮定(または関係,方索)番号,仮定(または関係,方索),仮定(または関係,方策)キー,投入年月日,(検索用)ダミーの各項目である。各部分の登録件数は、仮定部分23件,関係部分174件,方策部分24件である。3.調査予定対象企業のデータベース・ファイルの設計では、東証1部上場企業につき、以下のような項目を設け、将来の利用に備えた。コード番号,企業名,部門名,資本金,従業員,郵便番号,住所,電話番号,(検索用)ダミーの各項目である。宛名印刷や回収状況の把握などに利用する予定である。登録件数は、1058件である。4.予備的なインタビューの結果、意思決定支援システムのインテリジェント化やエキスパート・システムの構築などに関して、認知的な側面に注目した実施過程に関する本格的な調査の必要性を確信するに至り、方途を探っている。
