In cooperation with CELONIS, a Business as a Service company, this transfer project (T4) explores the motives for writing online reviews in a B2B context. The T4 project aims to characterize online reviews in B2B markets, distinguish them from reviews in B2C markets, and to identify and validate the underlying motives for writing B2B online reviews in markets for software products. To this end, we analyze the invitation and writing process of B2B online reviews using a multi-method approach.
