本研究では、次の2つの調査を通して日本人と在日・韓国朝鮮人との民族関係の現状を分析した。それぞれの調査から得られた知見の一部は、以下の通りである。(1)在日・韓国朝鮮人の職業移動に関する生活史の聞き取り調査(1)戦前・戦中に渡来した一世(対象者の親世代)は二重労働市場の下部に組み込まれ、不安定就労を続けた。(2)親の不安定就労と職種の限定性に伴う貧困な出身家庭においても男子(本人または調査対象者の兄弟)は相対的に長い教育を受けてきた。(3)出身家庭における家父長制の存在、またそこでの女性(無償)労働と家族内扶助は貧困な家庭を支えると同時に資本の効率的蓄積に機能した。(4)現在の在日家族においては家父長制的規範の相対的弱体化が見られる。(5)現在の世代(対象者の子供世代)では職種は多様化している。(6)他方で自営業の継承動機などからは民族的移動障壁の残存がうかがわれる。(2)在日集住地域における日本人地域住民の民族関係意識に関するサンプリング調査(1)「一般外国人」との「近所づきあい志向」「結婚志向」に関しては、教育年数が長いほど結合志向は高まるが、「在日」の場合、教育年数の効果は見られない。(2)「在日」との結合志向に関しては、地域共同性の高い人ほど結合志向性が高く、在日は(一般外国人とは異なって)同じ地域社会メンバーと見なされている。(ただし、それは地域内での民族性が顕在化していない場合であること(3)民族間の結合一分離志向に最も強い効果を示すのは「イエ・ムラ」的集団規範への包摂度である。それゆえ、民族関係を考える場合、集団間関係に注目せねばならない。

This study analyzes the current situation of ethnic relations between Japanese and Korean people. A part of the investigation was conducted, and the following was conducted. (1)A survey of Korean life history related to career mobility in Japan (1) The lower part of the dual labor market in the past and the middle (2)Instability of parents is related to the limitation of job, poverty, family background, male background (I am the brother of the investigator), and education. (3)The existence of the family system, the family support system, and the family support system. (4)Now, in the past, the family has changed from the norm of the father's system to the weakening of the system. (5)The present generation (the counterpart's offspring) is the opposite of the job. (6)The other side is the motive for self-employment and the remaining barriers to the movement of the nation. (2)A survey on ethnic relations among Japanese residents living in Japanese areas (1) The relationship between "general foreigners","near home" and "marriage ambition", the number of years of education, the number of years of education, and the number of years of education. (2)"In the day" and the combination of aspirations related to the high degree of regional commonality, high degree of integration of aspirations, in the day (ordinary foreigners) and the same region, social differences, see the middle. (3) The combination of ethnic groups and the separation of ethnic groups is the most important result of the "integration of ethnic groups". For example, in the case of ethnic relations, in the case of group relations, attention is paid to the relationship between ethnic groups.
