本研究では,青果物のうち小ねぎに品目を絞り,主として九州内の産地を対象にして市場流通構造変貌下における各産地主体の変化と対応について考察した。本研究で得られた成果の一部を示せば次のとおりである。1.既存の先進大規模産地においては、まず産地レベルでは,管内農協の広域合併後、遅れていた隣接同品目部会との統合を進めるなど,いっそうの産地規模拡大による市場対応力の強化を図る方策が急ピッチで進められていることが明らかになった。また,個別経営のレベルでは,一部の経営において土耕栽培から水耕栽培への転換を図り,さらに小ねぎ生産者の規模拡大のネックである調製過程の機械化を進めるなど,生産量の拡大と省力化によるコスト低減策への取り組みが進みつつある。しかし,このことは一方で,産地を構成する経営の異質化をさらに促進させている。2.したがって,当産地における部会組織では,異質化の進む個別経営をどのような形で再編統合するかが課題となっている。なお,この点は,今後のJAの市場戦略及び販売戦略と併せて検討されるべき点であるが,この点の産地主体間の調整は依然遅れている。3.今後残された研究課題としては次のことが指摘できる。1つは,個別経営の構成と土地利用規模の変化に伴う,今後の合理的な土地利用のあり方とその利用調整主体を明らかにすることである。また,いま1つの明らかにすべき課題は,生産構造の変化に伴う既存の調整労働力の最適配分のあり方と地域経済全体に与える影響を明らかにすることである。

In addition, the composition of the production area is heterogeneous and promoted. 2. When the origin of the organization of the ministry, heterogeneity and progress of individual management, re-organization and integration of the topic In the future, JA's market strategy and sales strategy will be discussed, and the adjustment between the main sources of origin will remain unchanged. 3. Future research topics will be discussed. 1. The composition of individual management and the transformation of land use scale are accompanied by the rational adjustment of land use in the future. The problem is that the production structure changes with the existing adjustment forces, and the optimal distribution of regional factors affects the overall situation.
