项目摘要

平成26年度は、ホッブズが独特のペルソナ概念によって自らの主権論を完成させ、主権と世論との緊張関係を主題化したことがもつ思想史的な意義を検討した。また、この「主権と世論の政治哲学」の視点をシュミット政治学に投げ返すことによって、シュミット主権論の主題が20世紀的な「速度の政治」にあることを示した。第一に、ホッブズの三位一体論をテクスト内在的かつ系譜学的に解読することで、そのペルソナ概念の世俗的・唯物論的な特質を示した。キリスト教会は「三つのペルソナ（父・子・聖霊）・一つの本質」をもつ「三位一体の神」を、独特の存在論哲学によって伝統的に擁護してきた。これに対して、ホッブズはペルソナ概念の適用対象を神から人間の側へ移して「仮面による代表」の意味を与えなおすことによって、三位一体論的思考を無効化し、神学の地上的・政治学的転回を図っている。キリスト教的伝統から見て「無神論」的ともとれるこの立場が、ホッブズの主権国家の成立条件でもあることを、論文「ホッブズと三位一体論」（『政治哲学』第18号）において証明した。第二に、シュミットの『政治的なものの概念』および『ヨーロッパ法学の状況』を検討することで、その政治学の主題が「速度の政治」にあることを、論文「カール・シュミットと速度の政治」（『社会システム研究』第18号）において示した。ホッブズが主権を純粋に世論との相関関係によって規定したことは、教会の霊的権力の主張を退ける意図をもっていたが、他方で世論（権力の評判）の流動性の影響を必然的なものとした。シュミットが集団的凝集性の「強度」に固執するのも、産業資本主義および世界戦争の時代における社会状況の加速度的変化に対する、反動的な防衛意識の現れであった。主権国家的統一の成否は「速度の政治」という視点抜きには考えられない。このことはポスト主権論の可能性を探るための一助となるだろう。

In 2006, the author discussed the significance of the history of thought by discussing the unique concept of self-determination and the tense relationship between self-determination and world theory. The theme of "politics of speed" in the 20th century is illustrated in this paper. First, the Trinity theory is an intrinsic, genealogical, and materialistic concept. The Church is opposed to "three elements of God (Father, Son, Holy Spirit) and one essence" and to "three elements of God" and the unique philosophy of existence. The concept of "unity" is applied to the world, and the meaning of "unity" is reflected in the thinking of trinity. Theology and political science are reflected in the world. See "atheism" in the article "Trinity Theory"(Political Philosophy No. 18). Second, the paper "The Concept of Politics" and "The State of Law" is discussed. The theme of political science is "The Politics of Speed". The paper "The Politics of Speed"(No. 18 of Social Science Research) is presented. The relationship between the church and the world is purely determined by the nature of the church's opinions and the fluidity of the world's opinions. The "intensity" of collective cohesion is the focus of industrial capitalism and the acceleration of social conditions in the era of world war II. Whether or not the unification of the main country is a "speed of politics" or not. The possibility of the discussion of the main topic is explored.
