本研究テーマである「高齢者の熱中症リスクスクリーニング質問紙の開発」を実施するにあたり、研究1で高齢者の熱中症リスクスクリーニング質問紙の質問項目の作成を実施たした。研究方法は、1．文献レビューによる質問紙の構成要素の抽出と草案作成、2．フォーカスグループインタビューによる質問項目の修正、 3．内容妥当性指数を用いた検討、4．予備テストの手順を踏んだ。熱中症のリスク要因についての文献レビューとフォーカスグループインタビューの結果、58の質問項目が作成された。内容妥当性指数の検討、予備テストの結果、質問項目は46問に修正された。46の質問項目からなる高齢者の熱中症リスクスクリーニング質問紙の原案を作成した。第1研究の結果を2023年6月の老年社会科学会第65回大会でポスター発表予定である。第2研究においては、第1研究で作成した質問紙の信頼性、妥当性を検討する予定であり、所属大学の研究倫理委員会の承認を得た。2023年の夏季に調査を開始する予定である。

This study was carried out in the "Development of the Question Paper of the High Level People". Study 1 was carried out in the preparation of the Question Paper of the High Level People. The research methods are as follows: 1. Extraction and draft of the constituent elements of the document; 2. Correction of the query items; 3. Evaluation of the content appropriateness index; 4. Procedure of the preparation of the document. The main reasons for fever are the results of the literature review, 58 questions are prepared. The content appropriateness index was reviewed, prepared, and corrected for 46 questions. 46. The original case of the query paper was created. The results of the first study were presented at the 65th General Assembly of the Society for Social Sciences of Gerontology in June 2023. The reliability and appropriateness of the second study and the first study were discussed and recognized by the research ethics committee of the affiliated university. The summer survey of 2023 is scheduled to begin.
