项目摘要

わが国では少子化、核家族化、地域のつながりの希薄化により、子育て家庭の孤立がすすみ、母親の育児不安、育児困難が課題となっている。これらの課題に対応するため様々な子育て支援策が展開されているが、不安を抱えながら育児をしている母親は多いことが報告されている。本研究では、乳幼児を育児中の母親の育児不安、育児困難の課題に対応する支援策の一つとして、①バーチャルリアリティ（VR）、②チャットボット、③Webで構成されるコンテンツを用い、母親のメンタルヘルスケアを行うプログラムの開発を進めている。研究初年度である2022年度は、研究班にてプログラムの開発協議を行い、母親自身がストレス度をセルフチェックできるプログラム、ストレス低減を目的としたセルフメンタルケアプログラムを各コンテンツに組み込むなどの修正を重ねた。さらに修正版プログラムを用いて、子育て支援にかかわる専門職員に各コンテンツのモニター利用をしてもらい、改善が必要な点などについて意見聴取を行った。聴取した意見の中で、VR使用はヘッドセットを装着し、子どもから母親の目が離れてしまうため、事故防止、安全確保が課題との発言があった。VRによるセルフメンタルケアプログラムは、没入感を得られ、チャットボットおよびWEBによるものよりストレス低減の効果が高いとされるが、母親の日常での使用を想定し、チャットボット、WEBプログラムをメインコンテンツとして使用する方向で改善を進めることとした。VRは母親以外の保育者が確保できる条件での使用を想定し、開発を進める。
