若年性認知症の有病者数は極めて少なく、身近に接する機会がない者がほとんどである。そのため、同僚の普段と違う変化を意識したときに、認知症の可能性を疑うことが難しい。働く世代の人々や企業、人事担当者等の認知症に対する意識が向上することによって、早期に相談や企業内の対応を検討することが出来れば、本人の意思が反映された就労の継続・生き方に繋げることが出来ると考える。そこで本研究では、支援経験のある企業や地域の支援者、当事者の協力を得て支援プログラムを作成し、さらに企業による評価・協力を得て、若年性認知症と診断された従業員の早期の就労支援のための企業を対象とした認知症の包括支援プログラムを開発することを目的としている。令和４年度は、企業を対象とした認知症に関する教育プログラムについて、国内外の実践事例の文献検討を行った。認知症に限定した場合報告は少なく、認知症以外のプログラムについて継続して検討中である。また研究班会議を開催し、プロクラムの内容及び方向性について検討し、企業や地域で支援経験のある者、本人等、これらの協力者からプログラムに関する聞き取りを実施するための倫理申請書を作成している。聞き取り内容は、本人・企業には、最初に症状に気付いた初期の経験、職場での仕事の状況、プログラムへの要望など、支援者には、支援過程で把握した職場での本人や関係者の初期の状況、仕事の状況、関係者の連携の状況、プログラムへの要望などである。承認が得られ次第、依頼し調査を行う予定である。
