グローバル化は地域社会の均質化を促進する一方で、地元帰属意識や土着アイデンティティーの復興など地域の固有性を志向する逆転イデオ ロギーの芽生えに繋がり、言語でもまた「反均質化」へ向けた変化が同時進行で進む。本研究は、グローバル化が急速に進み、異民族・異言語・異方言との接触がより日常化 する北海道の二つのコミュニティーを調査地に、1)生え抜き若年・青年層話者が創造する新しい地域語の言語的特性の記述、2)地域語創成にお いて話者の社会心理が果たす役割の検証、3)共通語化を主たる射程としてきた従来の日本語変異変化研究に新領域を切り拓くこと、さらには、 4)研究成果の国内外への発信により、グローバル化時代を背景に加速する「言語の土着化」の通言語的一般化の構築へ向けた学問的潮流を産み 出すことを目的とする。グ ローバル化が急速に進む北海道内の都市部（札幌市）と辺境コミュニティー（新ひだか町）の二地点を調査地とし、各地点の独自性、及び、二地点に共通する超地域的特性を明らかにする。初年度である本年度は、二地点の若年・青年層世代の住民から以下の3種類の調査資料を収集した。①約10年前に全道で行った北海道方言・共通語の使用に関するトレンド調査の成果（高野2013)の追跡調査として、今日の若い世代の道産子が使う方言・共通語の実時間調査を行った。また、話者の社会心理調査も併せて実施した。新ひだか町では、静内高校の組織的協力の基、Google Formや紙媒体でのアンケート調査、札幌市では主に北星学園大学の在学生を中心に紙媒体でのアンケート調査を行った。②両地点の若い世代の住民から友人間雑談音声を収集した。③両地点の若い世代の住民から友人間ライン記録を収集した。現時点で、Google Formによる回答は集計済み。アンケート調査回答はコード化を継続。友人間会話は文字起こし作業を継続している。

In order to promote the homogenization of the regional society, the geographical consciousness and the inherent rejuvenation of the region should be promoted simultaneously. This study focuses on the following aspects: (1) description of the characteristics of the new regional language created by young speakers;(2) identification of the social and psychological effects of regional language creation; 3) Development of new fields in the field of common language development and future Japanese language differentiation research; 4) Development of domestic and international communication and background acceleration of research results; 3) Generation of trends in the generalization and construction of general language knowledge in the field of "indigenization of speech"; and 4) Development of new fields in the field of Japanese language differentiation research. The characteristics of the super-region of the two locations in the urban area of Hokkaido (Sapporo City) and the boundary area of the city (Shin-ku Town) are clearly stated.
