项目摘要

本年度は、戦間期日本の対中国経済外交をめぐる実業界の政治活動について、①本研究の主題である中国経済に関わる実業家団体の活動の分析を進めると同時に、②同時期に開催された国際経済会議において財界団体が行った議論の内容についても分析を行い、最終的には両者の内容の比較検討を試みることを視野に研究を行った。史料調査については、受け入れ機関の各図書館・史料機関及び国立国会図書館・神戸大学附属図書館・同経済経営研究所・一橋大学附属図書館・同経済研究所資料室・山形県立図書館などにおいて考察の中心となる経済団体（日華実業協会・日本経済連盟会）の発刊物、主要経済人の個人史料を収集するとともに、外務省記録を中心とした政府関係の史料を整理し、両者の内容を併せて分析を進めた。①については、特に満洲事変以降の時期の研究をまとめ、事変後の日中関係の悪化の中、上海での経済活動に従事する実業家層が、独自のルートを駆使した民間外交を展開するようになり、それが外務省にも利用されてゆく過程を示した。この内容は活字化し、学会誌に公表した。②については、主に1920年代までの時期について研究を進めることを目指し、進捗状況に応じて学会報告などを行った。主要財界人を網羅して結成された日本経済連盟会が、日本の通商問題の改善を目指し国際商業会議所など国際機構との関係構築を目指したこと、またその過程で中国問題はどう論じられたのかについて考察した。この成果については近日中に学会誌に投稿する。

The content of this article is changed into Chinese characters, and the society is willing to make public statements. 2. The main period of the 1920s was the study of progress, the status of progress and the report of the Society. The main financial circles gathered together to form the Japan Economic and Trade Association, and the improvement of Japan's trade problems. The International Business Conference pointed out that the relationship between international institutions and the process of China problems was discussed. The results of this study were published recently.
