Studies on the Relation between Constitution and Disease in Cultured-fishes.

1.如表35所示，本研究从A至E分为5个部分。采用肉眼观察、组织病理学和生物化学方法，比较了不同培养条件下A的尾鳍形态和t值的差异。讨论了养殖黄尾鱼的饲料问题，包括饲料中维生素和维生素的添加效应<B_1><B_2>、变性脂肪酸中毒以及利用组织病理学和生物化学技术进行治疗的B。本文研究了维生素E对黄尾鱼种假结核病的预防作用和试验性注射致病菌后病变的初步组织病理学变化。采用理化、生化技术对建立D型体检方法进行了研究。本文报道了在黄尾鱼、河豚鱼和真鲷等养殖鱼类中发现的新的感染情况.合作研究补助金获得的结果汇总在表35中，表明研究人员之间的相互关系是成功的。对本报告中提到的一些问题，今后应继续进行研究。

1. This study is divided into 5 parts from A to E as shown in Table 35. The A was compared a different kind of culture condition with the difference in the morphology of caudal fin and t-value by the method using with the naked eye, histopathological and biochemical technique. The B was discussed about the problem of food on cultured yellowtails including the additive effect of vitamin <B_1> and <B_2> into feed, poisoning due to degenerative fatty acid and the treatment by the ways using the histopathological and biochemical technique. The C was studied on pseudotuberculosis in yellowtail fingerlings in connection with the preventive effect of vitamin E and the initial histopathological changes in the lesion of the fish experimentally injected with the pathgenic bacterium. The D was studied on the establishment of physical examination by the ways using the physiochemical and biochemical technique. The E was reported on the new findings of the infection in cultured fish including yellowtail, tiger puffer and red sea bream.2. The results obtained by Grant-in Aid for Co-operative Research were summarized in Table 35 and showed the mutual relation among the researchers was successful.3. The studies on some problems as mentioned in this report should be continued in the future.
