1.研究目的:わが国社会の高齢化とともに、余暇時間の増大も加わって、レクリエーションへの需要は急増している。しかも、そのレク活動の内容は、体験、創造、自然・緑との接触、健全な体育などに指向している。そこで都市の休耕田や遊休農地を都市住民のための賃貨園芸農園(市民農園、クラインガルテン)として健全なレク活動の場の提供、高齢化社会への対応、国土の有効利用ならびに都市住民の交流・連帯の強化などに資するため、徳島市をケーススタディー対象地区として賃貨園芸農園に対する需要実態とその推進策を調査・研究したものである。2.研究経過:徳島市の市街地13行政区の64,909世帯を対象に無作為抽出した1750世帯(2.7%)に対し、25項目からなるアンケート調査を昭和60年8月〜9月に行い有効回収率91.6%、有効サンプル数1,603票を得た。その結果、市民農園に対する借用希望者が27.8%、また、将来借りたい人を加えると実に43.3%に達することがわかった。さらにアンケート調査資料をクロス集計分析、数量化理論【II】類分析した結果得られた需要構造からわかったことは、貨農園を年令40才以上の人に対し、広さ20坪程度を年300円/坪の借料と5年位の契約期間で、しかも自転車で15分未満で行ける所に提供すべきことがわかった。また50坪程度の広さの農園が年1,000円/坪以上で郊外に求められていることが明らかになったので、市の周辺部や附近過疎町村で、いわゆる「日本型クラインガルテン」の実施も可能であることがわかった。

1. The purpose of this study is to increase the demand for leisure time, leisure time and social development in China. The content of the activity is physical, creative, natural, green and healthy. Research results: Among the 64,909 zones in the 13 administrative districts of Jang Yong City, the 1750 zone (2.7%) was taken out without action, and 25 projects were investigated. From August to September 2060, the effective return rate was 91.6%, and the number of effective support items was 1,603 votes. 27.8% of the respondents wished to borrow from the public farm and 43.3% of the respondents wished to borrow from the public farm. The results of the cluster analysis and quantitative theory analysis of the survey data show that the structure of the needs is required, and the agricultural land is more than 40 years old, and the loan is more than 300 years old. The contract period is 5 years, and the vehicle is 15 minutes. The farm area of 50 ping level is 1,000 yen/ping or more, and the village area around the city is nearby.
