项目摘要

本研究では、市民農園参加者や市民農園管理者に対して、作物栽培に秀でた人間の知識や経験にもとづいた作物栽培の情報提供を行うことができる屋外圃場端末のDBシステムの開発を行った。システム開発は事例的要素が大きいため、宇都宮大学内に開園した市民農園を一つの対象事例として研究を行った。はじめに、作物栽培技術を容易に習得できる情報化モデル構築として、様々な作物栽培経験度の人々へのアンケート調査、情報端末として必要なデータのカテゴリー分類、情報化モデルの構築と情報化技術の検討、通信情報端末と作物栽培技術情報データベース開発を行った。また、WEBデータによるデータベースの拡充として、Perl言語を用いたDB検索システム開発、作業日誌データ(事例データ)等の入力自動化、市民農園参加者の参加形態に対応した意思決定支援システム開発、タッチパネル画面インターフェースの開発、5.無線LAN導入による情報端末設置自由度の向上などを行った。つぎに、市民農園参加者への情報提供システムとして、通信情報端末と作物栽培技術情報データベース開発を用いて、市民農園参加者の参加形態に対応した意思決定支援システム開発、カメラ等による画像転送および圃場状態観測器の設置を行い、ライブカメラを用いたリアルタイム画像送信と、作物栽培指導のためのシステムの提案、気象情報の付加による栽培開始時期や収穫時期の提案を行った。また、開発した市民農園情報端末を宇大市民農園に設置し、情報化モデルと情報化技術の観点からの利用可能性の評価を行った。
