项目摘要

1)70年代のエネルギー政策にかんしては、森口(京都大)が、クロノロジカルなサーベイと特に石炭政策についての批判的な評価をこころみた。省エネルギーにかんしては日本経済では、価格変動に対処する産業の調整速度が速やかであったこと、エネルギー多消費型産業の縮小と輸入による代替の効果が大きかったことが明らかにされた。2)エネルギー価格政策にかんしては、新庄(神戸大)による投入・産出係数表による分析が行われ第1次石油ショック後の価格体系は、あるべき価格体系よりは現実の価格が、低目に仰えられた一方第2次石油ショックでは、価格体系がほぼ費用面からの実勢どおりに変化したことが、示された。3)エネルギー需給世界マクロモデルにかんしては天野(神戸大)によって小規模ではあるが、石油価格の変動を予測する上で有用性の高いモデルが作成された。また一方木下(名古屋大)は、鉄鋼業におけるエネルギー需要の推移を分析し、日・独・米間の国際比較を行なった。4)多部門一般均衡モデルグループ(慶応大学)では、データ・インプットの改訂作業を行う一方、これを用いて全要素生産性の日米比較が行われた。またCGE(Computable General Equilibrium)モデルを日本経済に応用したモデルが江崎(京都大)によって開発され、金融セクターの内生化が進められた。
