In this study, three kinds of expansible monomers,1-vinyl-4-ethy1-2,6,7-trioxabicyclo [2,2,2] octane, isophorone diisocyanate and trimethyl hexamethylene diisocyanate containing bicyclic ortho ester structure were synthesized, and various expansible composite resins, which had various expansible monomer/dilute monomer [triethylene glycol dimethacrylate or di (methacryloxy ethyl) trimethyl hexamethylene diurethane] ratio and trial microspherical filler with improved surface (75wt% const.) were prepared. The physical and mechanical properties of various expansible composite resins were examined, and the following results were obtained.1. In the examination of mixing time, expansible composite resins tended to take a long time in proportion to increase additive volume of expansible monomer. 2. In the examination of curing time, expansible composite resins tended to behind time in proportion to increase additive volume of expansible monomer. 3. In the examinations of compressive and tensile strength, expansible composite resins tended to decrease in proportion to increase additive volume of expansible monomer. 4. Cationic catalyst, (C_2H_5)_2O・BF_3 which used this study, had a short life time and more late in rate of polymerization than radical catalyst benzoyl peroxide.In the future, it is necessary that kinds and additive volume of expansible monomers, catalysts and accelerator are investigated,in order that expansible composite resins become practicable.
本研究合成了1-乙烯基-4-乙基-2,6,7-三氧杂双环[2,2,2]辛烷、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和三甲基异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯三种含双环原酸酯结构的可膨胀单体,其具有各种可膨胀单体/稀释单体[三甘醇二甲基丙烯酸酯或二甘醇二甲基丙烯酸酯],(甲基丙烯酰氧基乙基)三甲基双氨基甲酸酯]比例和具有改进的表面的试验微球填料(75wt% con.)制备了对各种可膨胀复合树脂的物理机械性能进行了测试,得到了如下结果.在混炼时间的考察中,随着可发性单体添加量的增加,可发性复合树脂的混炼时间呈增加的趋势。2.在固化时间的考察中,随着可膨胀单体添加量的增加,可膨胀复合树脂的固化时间趋于滞后。3.在压缩强度和拉伸强度的测试中,随着可膨胀单体添加量的增加,可膨胀复合树脂的压缩强度和拉伸强度呈比例下降趋势。4.本研究所用的阳离子催化剂(C_2H_5)_2O·BF_3与自由基催化剂过氧化苯甲酰相比,存在着使用寿命短、聚合速率慢的缺点,今后有必要对可发性单体、催化剂和促进剂的种类和添加量进行研究,使可发性复合树脂成为实用化产品。
