项目摘要

The interractions for a period of 30month between three-year old children with Downs syndrome and their nurses were investigated.Their actions were video-taped and analyzed with respect to the communicative behaviors.The following issues were found as a result of the analysis.1.Their communicative behaviors have changed to that of using utterances while they repeated the same play in a same situation through it took a long peariod.2.Imitating,teasing and tricking each other were observed frequently in a process of coming to undrstand each other.3.Through the interactions in which they made up a companionship by alternating in doing such things mentioned above,the behaviors of the children become PUNCTUATED and INDEXED,and after that they began to utter with action.In addition,through a continuous guaidance to the mothers of the children,following items were found to be needed to assist the mothers.Adjustment of relationship between the maother and those arround herCo-operative familyCompletion of her own lifeProspect of the futureDissolution of fear of bringing up a child
