We investigated the abnormal behavior and communication disorders of dementia in institution elderly and home elderly.Subjects were a total of 248 cases (61 males and 187 females) in Y nursing home,and a total of 30 cases (8 males and 22 females) in homes.1.The results were as follows in institution elderly.1) 32% of institional elderly were classified into Dementia(0-10 points in scales) by Hasegawa Dementia Scale, 26% in males and 33% in females.2) Incidence of demential became higher with increasing of ages.3) There were relation between degree of Dementia and ADL of eldely.2. The results were as follows for 30 dementia (8 males and 22 females) in the home.1) Over 80% of families with dementia complained the abnormal behavior and communication disorders of them.2) Half of dementia had the effective method of relieving anxiety and strain.We felt that we must offer not only nursing care to the each disorder, but also total care to dementia.Also,we must search dementia how into throw ourselves into dementias' feelings.
对Y养老院老年痴呆患者248例(男61例,女187例)和居家老人30例(男8例,女22例)进行了痴呆行为和沟通障碍的调查。结果显示:1)住院老人中长谷川痴呆量表将32%的住院老人分为痴呆(0~10分),男性为26%,女性为33%;2)痴呆的发生率随年龄的增长而升高;3)痴呆程度与ADL有一定关系。结果显示:30例(男8例,女22例)家庭痴呆症患者中,80%以上的痴呆症患者家庭存在行为异常和沟通障碍。2)半数痴呆症患者有缓解焦虑和紧张的有效方法。我们认为,不仅要对每一种障碍进行护理,而且要对痴呆症患者进行全方位的护理。同时,我们还必须探索痴呆症患者如何陷入痴呆的情绪中。
