Study on Nursing care for Dementia

本研究调查了248例机构老人和居家老人痴呆的行为和交流障碍（男61例，女187例），总共有30个案例1.机构老年人的调查结果如下：1）32%的机构老年人被诊断为痴呆长谷川痴呆量表（0-10分）中，男性占26%，女性占33%; 2）老年痴呆的发病率随年龄的增长而增高; 3）老年痴呆的严重程度与日常生活活动能力有关.结果如下：30例痴呆症患者1）80%以上的失智症患者的家庭主诉失智症患者存在行为和沟通障碍; 2）半数失智症患者有缓解焦虑和紧张的有效方法。我们认为，对失智症患者的护理不仅要针对每一种失智症进行护理，还要全面护理。我们必须探索痴呆症如何让自己陷入痴呆症的感觉。

We investigated the abnormal behavior and communication disorders of dementia in institution elderly and home elderly.Subjects were a total of 248 cases (61 males and 187 females) in Y nursing home,and a total of 30 cases (8 males and 22 females) in homes.1.The results were as follows in institution elderly.1) 32% of institional elderly were classified into Dementia(0-10 points in scales) by Hasegawa Dementia Scale, 26% in males and 33% in females.2) Incidence of demential became higher with increasing of ages.3) There were relation between degree of Dementia and ADL of eldely.2. The results were as follows for 30 dementia (8 males and 22 females) in the home.1) Over 80% of families with dementia complained the abnormal behavior and communication disorders of them.2) Half of dementia had the effective method of relieving anxiety and strain.We felt that we must offer not only nursing care to the each disorder, but also total care to dementia.Also,we must search dementia how into throw ourselves into dementias' feelings.
