A study on the methodology for community nursing diagnosis

本文提出一个社区护理诊断方法论的模式，并以三种评估社区健康需求的研究策略为基础。本研究利用现有的人口学资料、民族志资料、关键人物访谈资料、初级知情人访谈资料等，将社区护理诊断模式应用于一个社区，通过社区护理诊断模式的应用，使社区护理问题得到明确，并得到乡镇干部和社区服务领导的评价，显示出社区护理诊断模式的有效性，并将其与社区护理干预研究相关联。

We showed a model of the methodology for community nursing diagnosis.As for this model, three research strategies for assessing the community health needs are a base. They are practical use of existing demographics data, ethnographic data gathering key and primary informant interview and survey data.According to the model of community nursing diagnosis, we applied it in one community.Nursing problem of this community became clear and was able to show the validity from town officials and community service leaders by getting evaluation.We can correlate it to community nursing intervention study.
