1)ヒト閉塞性黄疸時の血中β-Endorphin様免疫活性(以下End)は, 7.55±3.44pmol/l(非黄疸:20.7±10.3pmol/l)であった.2)ラット閉塞性黄疸時の血中End(u=6)は, 末梢血濃度:黄疸1日88.8±9.0, 3日73.6±9.7, 5日636.±31.7pmol/l, 内腺血濃度:それぞれ62.6±7.6, 50.6±10.5, 51.9±8.9pmol/lであった(非黄疸:末梢血82.4±5.4, 内腺血681.±5.8pmol/l). 肝機能検査では, 血中TB値は黄疸3日目7.0±1.8pmol/l, GPTおよびLDH値は黄疸1日目にそれぞれ276±75IU/l, 787±183IU/lの頂値を示し, その後GPT, LDH値ともに減少し肝機能不全状態が認められ, 血中Endも末梢, 内腺血ともに低下傾向が観察された. しかしながら, 非黄疸との間には有意の差は認めなかった.3)腸管組織内濃度は, 前胃:8.30±1.41, 後胃:7.01±2.12, 十二指腸:25.7±7.4, 上部小腸:17.0±1.0, 下部小腸:6.67±1.97, 結腸:5.30±1.46pmol/mgでEndは十二指腸および上部小腸で高く認られた. 十二指腸抽出物をSephadex G-50 S.F.(0.1H, ACUH, 2X95cm)を用いたゲルの3過では, 合成β-Endorphinと同一のpeak(No.39, 4ml/Fr)を認め, それより前のフラクションにも溶出peakが認められ, 大分子型の存在が示唆された.4)水浸拘束実行:20°C6時間の水浸拘束を行った. a)対照群:44.1±13.2, ナロキソン(Na)投与群:51.0±12.9, Na(+)+β-Endorphin(200rg/lcg, 2時間毎IV)群:29.6±9.0, b)対照群:60.1±13.7, 黄疸群:34.2±12.5, 黄疸+Na(+)群:29.8±14.7(数値は潰瘍係数). 非黄疸群においては, Na投与で潰瘍の増強が, またβ-Endorphin投与により軽減することが観察された.閉鎖性黄疸時は, 血中β-Endorphin様免疫活性は低値を示すもののβ-Endorphinの潰瘍形成抑制効果が示唆された.

1) β-Endorphin immune activity in blood during jaundice (Below End), 7.55±3.44pmol/l(Non-jaundice:20.7±10.3pmol/l).2) jaundice 88.8±9.0 on day 1, 73.6±9.7 on day 3, 636 ± 31.7 pmol/l on day 5. 62.6±7.6, 50.6±10.5, 51.9± 8.9 pmol/l (non-icteric: peripheral blood 82.4±5.4, internal gland blood 681.± 5.8 pmol/l) Liver function test showed that TB value in blood was 7.0±1.8pmol/l on the 3rd day, GPT value and LDH value were 276±75IU/l and 787±183IU/l on the 1st day, GPT value and LDH value were decreased on the 1st day, liver dysfunction status was recognized, blood end value and internal gland blood End value were decreased. 3) The concentration in intestinal tissues was 8.30±1.41 in the anterior stomach, 7.01±2.12 in the posterior stomach, 25.7±7.4 in the duodenum, 17.0±1.0 in the upper small intestine, 6.67±1.97 in the lower small intestine, 5.30± 1.46 pmol/mg in the colon. Duodenal extract Sephadex G-50 S.F. (0.1H, ACUH, 2X95cm) was used to synthesize β-Endorphin and the same peak(No.39, 4ml/Fr). The dissolution peak was recognized by the presence of macromolecules. 4) Water immersion restraint operation:20° C 6 time immersion restraint operation. a) contrast group:44.1±13.2, Na-isosorbide (Na) group:51.0±12.9, Na(+)+β-Endorphin(200rg/lcg, 2 times per IV) group:29.6±9.0, b) contrast group:60.1±13.7, jaundice group:34.2±12.5, jaundice +Na(+) group:29.8±14.7(numerical ulcer coefficient). Non-jaundice group, Na + In atresia jaundice, the immune activity of β-endorphin in blood is low, and the inhibition effect of β-Endorphin and ulcer formation is also indicated.
