Disease Factors and acquired environmental factors prescribe diseases which a man catch throughout his lefe. We assume that patients visiting Kyushu University Hospital has similar environmental factors, because their paces of residence are defined in narrow area. Then, Case histories in this hospital present individual disease factors. Our integrated hospital information system saves all informations as case history data-base. This database has hiererchal structure managed by DL/I and CICS, and is utilized for hospital cancer registration. It includes attending clinic, visit date, addmission, chart number, clinical diagnosis, clinical examination result, electrocardiogram inter-pretation, radiological examination, radiation therapy, surgical treatment, injection and medication, as well as patient's name, birth date, sex, address, telephone number, postal code and the sort of health insurance. About two hundred and seventy thousands patients' case histories are saved at present, onFebruary, 1989.In this study, 54069 patients who visited at least one time where analysed by Cluster analysis. Case histories of their patients were extracted from 1983 to 1988.
