Education program for transplant coordinator should be constructed with 45day's lecture, 45day's trainning, licenxe examination, re-education and re-evaluation.Lecture contains pharmacology, bacteriology, immunology, emergency treatment, transplant surgery, post-operation care, computer information system, communication technique with donor family, education method for citizen and medical staff.So on. Trainning should done on the job. We designed the curriculum for education program, and made a textbook together with research group founded by Ministry of Health and Warefare. Almost of this research results were accepted by Ministry of Health and Warefare for national education progrom for transplant coordinator since 1996.

移植协调员的教育计划应建设为45天的讲座、45天的培训、执照考试、再教育和再评估。讲座内容包括药理学、细菌学、免疫学、紧急治疗、移植手术、术后护理、计算机信息系统、与供体家庭的沟通技术、公民和医务人员的教育方法等。培训应在工作中进行。我们为教育项目设计了课程，并与卫生部和国防部成立的研究小组一起编写了教科书。1996年以来，该研究成果几乎全部被卫生部移植协调员国家教育委员会接受。
