集団災害と地域救急医療体制の対応について, 資料の収集を行った. 昭和57年から62年の間に日航ジャンボ機墜落事故(60年8月12日)等14の集団災害の報告書を収集し, これらの集団災害にどう対応したかを検討した. 又救急医学会等に参加し, 全国各地で集団災害に対する救急医療体制の状況も調べた. 問題点としては, (1)報告書が消防関係, 警察関係, 医師会, 日赤等バラバラに報告されており, まとまった形では報告されていない. (2)医療の例では, 事故が発生した時どのように対応したかが報告れさていない. (2)医療の例では, 事故が発生した時どのように対応したかが報告されているのみで各地域で, 医療サイドの体制は不充分である. とくに, この病院はどのような患者を何人位受け入れられるか, 病院内での体制はどうか, 大学病院は救急医療体制からはずれている点が今後考慮されなければならない. これらの問題点は, 1988年大阪でのアジア・太平洋大災害医療会議および救急医学会で発表する予定である. また, 医学雑誌, 政急医学に論文としてまとめる予定である. その他に, パリ市の救急体制(SAMU)から医師を呼んで救急体制について討論を行った.- 松本市は, 全国に先がけて, 信州大学救急部, 医師会, とともにドクターカー, を運営し, 約5年になった. 運営上の問題点は1987年10月の蘇生学会で報告し, 信州大学の救急部における診療技術の向上, 若手医師, 救急隊員の教育を目的として, 救急・外傷に関するビデオを購入し, 教育に役立てた.
