昭和62年の最初の会合として, 6月13日に全員が慶応義塾大学地域研究センターに集まり, 1年の計画についての調整を行った. この会合で研究予算の配分等を検討し, さらに本年度中に4回をめどに研究会をもち, 外部から招請した講師による講演も含めて毎回北朝鮮とベトナム各々の研究発表を行うことを決めた. 7月11, 12両日の東アジア研究全体会議の際に, 当班も第2回目の研究会をもった. 北朝鮮関係では関東学院大学の大内憲明助教授を招いて, 「朝鮮社会主義法の形成・発展と現状」というテーマで講演を依頼した. 講演は現代朝鮮法の形成過程, ソ連法や中国法の影響, チュチェ思想との関連など, 北朝鮮の法律研究に基本的な要素が盛り込まれていた. ベトナム関係では慶応義塾大学の川本邦衛教授が近・現代のブトナムを考察する上での視点について講演を行った.第3回目の研究会は11月27, 28両日に全員が岡山に集まった. 北朝鮮関係では慶応大学研究生の鐶木昌之氏が金正日体制の形成について発表し, 現代北朝鮮の党・法制度・イデオロギー等に関する分析を報告した. ベトナム関係では岡山大学の鮎京正訓助教授が講演し, 現代のベトナムの法体系について研究成果を報告した. 第4回目の研究会は, 昭和63年3月8日に東京の都ホテルで行なった. ここでは北朝鮮については日本貿易振興会(JETRO)の上原隆氏を招いて, 「近朝鮮経済の近況」というテーマで講演を依頼し, 日朝関係の実務的側面に関する報告を得た. またブトナム関係では東京外国語大学アジア・アフリカ言語文化研究所の栗原浩英氏に依頼し, 「ベトナム共産党の文化政策(1956〜58年)」というテーマで報告を受け, 討議の後, 最後に本年度の研究活動の総括と今後のうち合わせを行った.

Showa 62 years of the first meeting, June 13, the whole staff to Keio University regional research center set up, 1 year plan to adjust. Professor Kensuke Ohuchi of Kanto Gakuin University on North Korean Relations gave a lecture on "Formation, Development and Status of Socialist Law in Korea." This paper discusses the forming process of modern Korean law, the influence of Chinese law and Chinese law, the relationship between Chinese thought and Korean law, and the basic elements of Korean law research. Professor Kawamoto Kunie of Keio University, a professor of modern science and technology. The 3rd Research Meeting was held on November 27 and 28. North Korea Relations: An Analysis of the Formation of Kim Jong Il's Regime and the Legal System of Modern North Korea The relationship between the event and the event is discussed by Assistant Professor Shikyo Masahiro of Okayama University, and the research results on the modern event and the legal system are reported. The 4th chapter of the research meeting, Showa 63 March 8, Tokyo no city. Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) Takashi Uehara's speech on "Recent Developments in North Korea" was delivered on the basis of a report on the bottom line of Japan-North Korea relations. Koei Kurihara of the Institute of Language and Culture, Tokyo University of Foreign Studies received a report entitled "Cultural Policy of the Communist Party (1956 - 58)," discussed it, and concluded with a summary of research activities for this year, including future cooperation.
