项目摘要

昭和63年度の最初の会合として、6月6日に全員が慶應義塾大学地域研究センターに集まり、1年の計画についての調整を行ない、研究予算の配分、4回の会合開催予定、さらに毎回北朝鮮とベトナム各々の研究発表を行なうことなどを決めた。第二回会合は、8月12、13両日に大阪で開いた。北朝鮮関係では外務省の藤井新氏を講師として招き、北朝鮮の現代法律の制定過程について講演をお願いした。ベトナムに関しては当班の五島文雄が、在ベトナム日本大使館専門調査員時代の経験を交えて現代ベトナムがもつ問題点を指摘し、それについて全員で討議した。9月16日から18日に開かれた東アジア研究全体会議では、当班の小此木政夫が「北朝鮮における独自共産主義の形成」に関して研究発表を行なった。発表の中にはチュチェ思想、50年代の党内闘争など今日の北朝鮮を理解する上で大切な問題点が含まれていた。第三回会合は岡山で12月24、25両日に行なわれた。北朝鮮に関しては当班の宇佐美滋が「中ソ関係と北朝鮮」について発表を行なった。その中では、東西冷戦、中ソ対立、分断国家、反アメリカというキーワードで、ベトナムと北朝鮮の今後の比較検討を行なった。ベトナムに関しては当班の川本邦衛が「儒教国家の西欧化と政治社会思想の変容」について発表し、ベトナムにおける儒教思想を支えた何人かの思想家「チュオン・ヴィンキイ、ファン・タイン・ザンなど)の比較分析を行なうことによって同国における儒教思想の変化について研究発表を行なった。第四回会合は東京で3月7日に行なわれ、北朝鮮での滞在経験もある中国現代国際関係研究所の曹世功氏を招いて研究会を開催した。同氏は北朝鮮におけるチュチェ思想と経済停滞との関わりを中心に講演し、活発な討議をした。なお、この会合では今年度の総括と今後の計画の打ち合せも併せて行なわれた。
