Study of Law Concerning Economic Concentration-Socio Legal Analysis Based on a Larges Ccle Survey-

本研究小组的目的是研究当今日本企业合并的法律的问题。1988年以后，本课题组研究了两种KEIRETSU，（1）组装厂（母公司）和零部件制造商（子公司、分包商）的组合，（2）制造商和经销商的组合。选择汽车行业作为研究领域，针对装配厂-制造商的结合，本课题组进行了以下具体研究活动。(1)从零部件制造商、政府部门、学者等处获取信息和资料。(2)向神奈川县内的1200家汽车零部件制造商发出问卷。(3)问卷调查结果分析。至于制造商和经销商的结合。该研究小组从汽车经销商、政府办公室等处获得了关于合并实际情况的信息和材料。除了这些研究活动之外，该研究小组还定期举行会议，讨论关于经连的各种法律的问题。通过这些研究活动和小组成员之间的讨论，可以明确KEIRETSU的法律的方面。

The purpose of this study group is to study the legal aspects of enterprise combination in the form of KEIRETSU in present-day Japan. After fiscal 1988, this study group have researched into two types of KEIRETSU, (1) the combination of assembly plant (parent company) and parts-manufacturer(subsidiary company, subcontractor) and (2) the combination of manufacturer and distributor. It selected the automotive industry as a field for researchAs for the combination of assembly plants-manufacturer, the specific research activities made by this group were as follows. (1) Obtaining information and material from parts-manufacturer, government office and scholar etc.. (2) Sending out a questionnaire to the 1200 automobile parts-manufacturers in Kanagawa prefecture. (3) Analysis of the answer of questionnaire. As for the combination of manufacturer and distributor. this study group obtained information and material on the actual circumstances of the combination from car-dealer, government office etc..Besides those research activities,this study group have held meetings regularly and discussed the different kinds of legal problem on the KEIRETSU. As a result of those research activities and discussion among the group members, it could make clear the legal aspects of KEIRETSU.
