X線光学・放射光科学・X線天文学・核融合プラズマ物理学・精密工学・超微細加工工学等の広い分野の研究者をX線結像光学という一つの主題のもとに結集した本研究では、全体の研究会を1回、幹事会を数回にわたって開催し、平成元年度より発足する重点領域研究「X線結像光学」を円滑かつ効率的に推進していくための具体的な研究方針の策定と研究計画の推進方法について活発な討議を行なった。得られた主な結論は以下の通りである。1.I.軟X線光学の基礎、II.結晶X線光学、III.X線顕微鏡光学、IV.X線望遠鏡光学、V.X線結像光学系評価法の5つの主要研究課題を設定し、5つの計画研究班と公募によるX線関連分野の研究者の密接な協力体制のもとに、X線結像光学の研究を推進するため、計画研究の内容を具体的に検討した。2.「基礎過程」、「X線反射鏡技術」、「X線光学素子技術」、「X線検出系と画像処理技術」、「X線偏光測定法」、「X線光学素子・光学系評価法」の6作業部会を置き、主要研究課題に共通した技術的・基盤的諸問題をとりあげ、5研究班及び公募研究者の横断的研究協力の推進を図ることとし、その編成・活動計画の具体案を策定した。3.総括班は全体の研究方針の策定、実施状況の検討、研究成果の検討・評価、直轄研等の大型装置の有効利用等を行なうため、4半期毎に総括班会議を開催することとした。4.総括班はまた、計画研究及び公募研究の成果を発表し、相互の研究連絡を図るため、全体会議及び公開シンポジウムを各1回、各計画研究班毎の研究会や作業部会を随時開催することとした。5.各計画研究班主催の研究会や総括班主催の全体会議の研究報告書を印刷し、必要に応じて各作業部会の検討メモを作成することとした。

Advancing Research in X-ray Structure Optics, and Detailed Discussion of Content of Planning Research. 2. "Basic process,""X-ray mirror technology,""X-ray optical element technology,""X-ray detection system and image processing technology,""X-ray polarization method,""X-ray optical element and optical system evaluation method,""Main research topics,""Common technology,""Substrate problems,""5 Research classes," and "Public research cooperation,""Cross-section,""Organization,""Activity plan," and "Planning." 3. The general team will discuss the overall research policy, implementation status, research results evaluation, and utilization of large facilities such as direct research. The general team meeting will be held in the fourth half of the year. 4. Presentation of the results of the integrated research, planning research and public offering research, mutual research, plenary meetings and public meetings, and the opening of research meetings and operation meetings of each planning research class at any time. 5. The research report of the research committee of each project research team and the plenary meeting of the team leader shall be printed and prepared as necessary.
