Collection-specific digitization and indexing of 18th century prints published in the German-speaking world (Bibles and official publications)

The WLB Stuttgart records 708 Bible editions of the 18th century as a profiled sub-collection, which have been assigned from the VD18 coordination database or which are relevant to VD18, but which have not yet been documented there. The best practices of the VD18 project are used for cataloguing and digitizing. In order to efficiently utilize the workstations involved, the Hartmann Collection with approx. 2,500 Württemberg official prints is also being processed as part of the VD18 project. A total of about 590,000 pages will be digitized.
