Quality of Care of University Hospitals

我们研究了日本大学医院的护理特点。由于没有统一的大学医院患者数据库，我们收集了9所大学医院的数据，分析了2200多例病例。我们发现，大学医院的实际护理由两部分组成，即基本护理部分和离群部分。对大学医院病例中最具特色的离群部分进行了详细分析。这些病例有其鲜明的特点，对其进行质量测量是大学医院有效质量保证的合理抽样方法。

We have examined characteristics of care given at Japanese University Hospitals. Since uniform data base of patients at University Hospitals are not available, We collected data from nine University Hospitals and analyzed more that 2200 cases.We have discovered that actual care given at University Hospitals consists of two parts, namely basic care parts and outlier parts. The outlier parts, which is regarded as the most characteristic parts of University Hospital's case are further analyzed in detail.They have distinct characteristics, and suggests that measurement of quality of these cases are logical sampling methods to the effective quality assurance program at University Hospitals.
