项目摘要

This is the basic study for the consolidation of the service system regarding to the medical, health & welfare that would be corresponded to the needs of the senile dementia aged and their families. The investigation had been executed against the aged lived in the whole area of Sendai by the teams of the specialists of psychiatrists and public health nurses.The results of this study are summarized as follows; 1. We could acquired that the ratio of the senile dementia aged is 5.02 percents and the senile dementia aged at home is 4.48 percents against to whole aged. 2. We estimated the ratio of the senile dementia aged on the each types that had been classified into six types in the former report by the combination of life states on the senile dementia aged such as their household states & behavior abilities. It was seized that the required care service aged who became to the conditions of senile dementia appeared very high ratio. 3. The states of life and the bodily conditions of the aged were confronted to the degrees of senile dementia. Therefore, It have been elucidated that cares & helps for the aged are became to serious with the progress of senile dementia. and then, burdens of families would be increased more than before. 4. It was very difficult that the demands of the senile dementia aged and their families would be socialized. The other hand, demands that could be socialized were difference by their degrees of senile dementia. 5. The conclusion by the public health nurses is that welfare services is to be required to the form of the care service at home than their families helps. Therefore, completion of qualities and quantities on the care service at home is the urgent matter to be settled first.

这是为巩固符合老年痴呆患者及其家庭需求的医疗、卫生和福利服务体系的基础研究。由精神科专家和公共卫生护理人员组成的团队对仙台全区居住的老年人进行了调查，研究结果如下：1.调查结果显示，仙台地区老年期痴呆患病率为5.02%，居家老年期痴呆患病率为4.48%。2.结合老年期痴呆患者的生活状态，如家庭状况、行为能力等，对文献中已划分为6种类型的各类老年期痴呆的比例进行估算。调查发现，符合老年期痴呆条件的老年人所需的护理服务比例很高。3.老年人的生活状态和身体状况都面临着老年痴呆的程度。由此可见，随着老年期痴呆的发展，关爱帮助老年人的问题日益严重。然后，家庭的负担会比以前增加得更多。4.老年痴呆患者及其家属的需求社会化难度较大。另一方面，他们的痴呆程度不同，可以社会化的需求也不同。5.由公共卫生护士得出的结论是，福利服务应以居家护理服务的形式进行，而不是由家人提供帮助。因此，居家护理服务保质保量的完成是当务之急。
