Heterogeneity of Prolactin in Sera and CSF in Prolactinoma Patients

为了研究泌乳素的异质性，采用凝胶色谱法、放射免疫分析法、放射受体分析法和生物测定法对泌乳素瘤患者的血清和脑脊液进行了研究。血清和脑脊液中的层析给出了三种不同分子量的催乳素。放射受体测定法是通过使用牛卵巢的受体繁殖来进行的。用大鼠Nb_2淋巴瘤细胞株进行生物活性测定。在血清中，受体测定法、生物测定法和放射免疫测定法具有良好的相关性。

In order to study the heterogeneity of prolactin, sera and cerebrospinal fluid obtained from prolactinoma patients were studied employing gel chromatography, radioimmunoassay, radioreceptor assay and bioassay. Chromatography in sera and cerebrospinal fluid gave three types of prolactin with different molecular weights. Radioreceptor assay was used by using a receptor propagation from bovine ovaries. Bioassay was used by using the rat Nb_2 lymphoma cell line. In sera, there was a good correlation between receptor assay, bioassay and radioimmunoassay.
