In order to satisfy the increasing demands for comprehensive health care of the aged more effectively and efficiently within the limited resources of comprehensive health care, planning and design of the Community Comprehensive Health Care System (CCHC-System) for the Aged will be necessary and expected in near future.Hence, in this research, we studied the fundamental conception and design of the CCHC-System for the Aged. Especially, from the systems engineering point of view, we chose the two cities, Nagoya and Toyota, as model of cities of CCHC-System for the Aged in bed. We investigated and evaluated the CCHC-Systems in two cities, under the cooperations from the Aichi Medical Association and other people concerned. Furthermore, we proposed the effective and reasonable systems approach to design and also continuously improve the CCHC-System for the Aged in bed.These results obtains in this research were summarized in some papers and books which were published in 1989.

为了在有限的综合医疗资源下更有效地满足日益增长的老年综合医疗需求，社区老年综合医疗系统的规划和设计在不久的将来将是必要的和预期的。因此，在本研究中，我们研究了老年人cchc系统的基本概念和设计。特别是，从系统工程的角度，我们选择了名古屋和丰田两个城市作为cchc -床上老年人系统的城市模型。在爱知医学会和其他有关人员的合作下，我们对两个城市的cchc系统进行了调查和评估。在此基础上，提出了有效合理的系统设计方法，并不断完善卧床老人cchc系统。这些研究结果在1989年出版的一些论文和书籍中得到了总结。
