In order to satisfy the increasing demands for comprehensive health care of the aged more effectively and efficiently within the limited resources of comprehensive health care, establishing the total co-operation system will be necessary and expected in the coming aged society.Hence, in this research, we studied the fundamental conception and total design of the community comprehensive health care system (CCHC-System) for the aged. Especially, from the systems engineering point of view, we chose the two cities, Nagoya and Toyota, as model of cities of CCHC-System for the aged in bed. We investigated and evaluated the CCHC-Systems in two cities. We also proposed the also continuously improve the CCHC-Systems for the aged in bed. Furthermore, we proposed plans and solutions to establish total co-operation system in each CCHC-System.These results obtained in this research were summarized in some papers and books which were published in 1990-1991.

为了在有限的综合保健资源范围内更有效地满足老年人日益增长的综合保健需求，建立全面合作的老年人保健体系是未来老龄化社会的必然要求和期望，本研究对社区老年综合保健体系的基本概念和总体设计进行了研究。特别是从系统工程的角度出发，选取了名古屋和丰田两个城市作为CCHC-我们调查和评估了两个城市的CCHC系统。并建议继续完善卧床老人的CCHC系统。在此基础上，提出了在各个CCHC系统中建立全面合作系统的方案和解决方案，这些研究成果在1990-1991年发表的一些论文和书籍中得到了总结。
