褥瘡予防に関する基礎的研究において、江幡らは1986、1.新たに体圧分布測定装置を開発した。褥瘡好発部位第一位を占める仙骨部に着目し、本装置とひずみゲージ式圧力センサにより、仙骨部を含む腰部の体圧分布状況を年令別、体格別に比較すると共に、その測定方法の有効性を確認することを目的として研究を進めてきた。特に、健康な成人女子を対象として、標準型、肥満型、やせ型の3群で実施した結果は既に報告した。(1988.12.日本看護科学学会)本研究では、高令者を対象とし、成人女子との比較をすることを目的とした。測定方法の検討ー現在は腰部300点(20ch×15line)の体圧分布測定を行っている。測定範囲は、40cm×30cm=1200cm^2である。現有の圧力センサは20点即ち、1line分(2cm×40cm=80cm^2であるため、高令者を測定する場合は測定時の体動(センサの移動)の負擔が大きく苦痛であった。本研究費により、圧力センサを30点増設し、腰部体圧分布測定には測定用センサとして45点を用いた。1line15点を3列に並べ、1回の測定範囲を6cm×30cm=180cm^2とすることにより、センサの移動も15回から5回となるため、被験者の体動は1/3になり負擔を軽減すると共に測定を容易にすると考えた。計測点数追加のため、体圧分布測定装置を改造ー(スキャナ1台、圧力センサ30点増設、スキャナ対応ソフト一式、1989.2月中旬納入)本方法を用いて、1989.3.7〜3.14(実験期間)、被験者65才以上の健康な女子34名を測定したところ、被験者の負擔が軽減されると共に、測定方法の有効性が示唆された。実験内容は、板上、ベット上(病院で用いられる基準ベッド)の2種である。
