Assistance Method to Facilitate the Face to Face Communication

1)利用计算机辅助交流（1）人脸图：本研究旨在利用人脸图作为健康信息和教育活动的辅助工具，开发了一个用于笔记本微型计算机的简单人脸绘制系统。(2)ISM方法：应用解释结构模型（ISM）对健康相关行为的实际模式进行可视化。2）改进公共卫生活动中实际使用的方法：为了手工绘制人脸，我们设计了一个特殊的表单，社区人员以及社区卫生人员可以在附加线条的指导下从个人实验室数据中绘制人脸。3）教育环境的设置：为了在公共卫生活动的实际环境中促进面对面的交流，我们必须克服卫生保健提供者和社区人民之间的沟通鸿沟。因此，无论是教育者还是教育者都应该在更好的教育环境中使用新开发的方法。两个案例研究揭示了以下两点，（1）自由选择方法和（2）在以小组为基础的教育/咨询会议中使用方法，以保护环境。

1) Assistance of communication by the use of computer (1) Face graph : We intended to use face graph as an aid for health information and education activities, and developed a simple face drawing system for lap-top microcomputers. (2) ISM method : The Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) was applied to visualize the actual pattern of health related behaviors.2) Improvement of methods for the practical use in the public health activity : In order to draw face by hand, we designed a special sheet, by which community people as well as the community health personnel can draw a face from a personal laboratory data under the guidance of additional lines. We also designed a special sets of cards for the ISM.3) Setting of the educative environment : In order to facilitate face-to-face communication in the actual setting of public health activity, we have to overcome the communication gaps between the health care providers and community people. Therefore, both of providers and people should use the newly developed methods in the better educative environments. Two case studies revealed the following two points, (1) free choice of methods and (2) use of methods in the group based educating/counseling sessions, for the environment.
