Lately in Japan, it's very difficult to keep our home worthy of mankind and our dwelling life quality is falling now, because of getting houses famine and environment worse. Japan society is rarely speedy aging and so on come aged one.We paid attention to those present states in Japan and we must overcome all hardships and move ahead. So, in this research we want to set up the indexes of dwelling life. It will be at least for our dwelling life to need when we become old.To evident the position of problems, we set basic items of dwelling life and researched on the actual conditions. The contents are three points-aged person (state of health, every day life behavior, etc), family (how to live together, etc), house (dwelling environment, dwelling life, dwelling consciousness, etc).In the first year, we researched cases in multiple dwelling (public operated houses in Takanawa-danchi, houses for installment sale in Seishinkita-haitu). In the second year, we did in residential area (there are many owned houses in kichijyoujihonnchou).We are still researching this tame and we can not set up the indexes of dwelling life yet. We want set early and inform the indexes.
