About two decades has lapsed since I researched in 1967 about CHILDREN'S LIVING ENVIRONMENT of 8 areas in Tokyo, JAPAN.This time (1995), I researched about CHILDREN'S LIVING ENVIRONMENT of the same area and same questionaries. In this way, I wanted to research the change of Children's Living Environment during those times in Japan.When I Decided the area, I used FACTOR ANALYSIS,26 items. For example, how to go to the playgrand, the number of friends and practices, studies, etc. So, I decided the investigation at twe elementary schools and one lower secondary school in Bunkyouku. One of results, children decreased outside play time, but creased play time at home, in those twe dacades.
